About the Role
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing the online presence of Rif Discovery across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. You will help develop our digital voice, manage daily engagement, and bring our tours and culture to life online.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule posts across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
- Develop a consistent content strategy that fits the brand
- Engage with followers: reply to comments, DMs, and community messages
- Monitor analytics and optimize content for growth
- Collaborate with guides, hosts, and creators to capture authentic material
- Stay updated on travel trends, tourism hashtags, and viral content formats
Requirements
- Experience with social media management
- Understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Interest in Rif culture, tourism, and storytelling
